The Manchester Arena Inquiry highlighted gaps in the adherence to existing licence conditions.
In this webinar we'll be joined by Piers Warne, a legal director at TLT LLP, who specialises in alcohol and entertainment licencing to explore those gaps and understand what has changed in the licencing regime as a result of the introduction of the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025, which is due to come into effect in 2027.

Will the webinar be recorded?

I registered but I can no longer attend. Will I still receive the recording?
Yes. If you can no longer attend, you will receive a copy of the recording one week after the live event. The recording will be accompanied by all relevant supporting information shared during the live event.
We will also share details of the 'on demand' version of the webinar and associated events, which will also be available one week after the recording, but will give you the added benefit of being able to achieve a certificate on completion of the on demand content.
